Special Note

  • All timber used are of class 1 special specifications and mostly high quality treated teak wood. Separate entry gates and parking facility for one vehicle within the property for each unit.
  • Basic conveniences like religious places of worship, schools, banks, supermarkets, private medical practitioners etc are available in close proximity to the location of the houses. The Ratmalana railway station is just a kilometer away
